We highly recommend booking all classes in advance to secure your place and also as a personal accountability and planning tool.

BOOKING POLICIES

Bookings open 14 days in advance for all classes, and can be made via the website, the One Hot App, or the Mindbody Online App.

CLASS SCHEDULE

DAILY BOOKING LIMIT

Daily bookings are currently capped at 2 per member. This is a booking cap only; members may attend more than 2 classes per day if there is availability at the commencement of class.

LATE CANCEL & NO SHOW FEES

Class bookings can be freely cancelled prior to 4 hours of the start time for all Mat and Reformer, and 24 hours prior to class start time for Studio Pilates.

A “late cancel” is when you cancel your class booking within 4 hours for any group class (all Mat and Reformer classes) or within 24 hours for any Studio Pilates class. There is an automatic charge of $7 for late cancels.

A “no-show” is when you do not attend your class or cancel. There is an automatic charge of $15 for no shows.

We understand that unavoidable circumstances occur from time to time and members are granted 1 free late cancel or no show per month.

WAITLIST

If a class is fully booked you have the option to join the waitlist.

From the waitlist you can be added into a class at anytime of day, up to 30 minutes before class start. If you are opted in to receive the waitlist notifications, you will receive an email or text to confirm if you would like to join the class. No response is taken as acceptance by our system.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND opting in to notifications to avoid unwanted bookings and subsequent late cancel or no show fees.

EMAILS AND NOTIFICATIONS

Let our system support you in managing your bookings!

Head to our dropdown menu tab and enter MY ACCOUNT to update your settings. You will then receive text messages and/or emails of your schedule as well as the opportunity to manage last minute waitlist additions.

We can update your settings for you either next time you are in the studio, or contact us via email or phone to do it now.
